Hybrid direct-to-consumer e-commerce channel and retail locations meant traffic had to be driven to both, while keeping their marketing data separate.
Impact
Y-Verge implemented Shopify as an alternative sales channel that distinguishes between retail and e-commerce data. Custom landing pages and automated email marketing took the customer conversation from introducing TREW’s rad clothes to increasing customer loyalty post-purchase.
